The raw material is subjected to physical and thermal inspection. Meat found to be free from defects enters the cold chain.
The deboned and marinated meat is put on a skewer and shaped into a cone by trimming the edges.
The rotating skewer, which reaches the correct weight thanks to shaving, is packaged and labeled with stretch film.
The rotary skewers are taken to the shock chamber where -40 degrees Celsius prevails to preserve their quality.
Inspected at every stage of production, doner skewers do not break the cold chain during shipment.
With the BRCGS certificate, every stage of our production is internationally approved in terms of hygiene, quality and regulatory compliance.
Our IFS Food certification shows that our production has been approved by independent auditors for quality, hygiene and safety.
Our PL-EKO-09 certificate shows that the criteria for organic production are met at all stages, from production to processing, packaging and storage.
